I can't thank the team at petxpress enough for saving my cat Bilu's life. I rushed in during an emergency, terrified and not knowing what to expect, Dr. Shawar and Dr. Ali were calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate — they explained everything clearly and kept me updated every step of the way. It is very rare for me to come across a medical institution that actually upholds standards. I can't comment on everyone here - but Dr. Umair Shahid has been exemplary, he took great care of our pet and what's more is he followed up on his own to make aure he was okay - which is candidly unheard of. They have great equipment, and do not have snobby attitudes compared to Drs Asim or Zia.
